A 80 index can cut all 40 index numbers.
A 96 index can cut all 48 index numbers.
A 96 index can cut all even 64 index numbers and all 32 index numbers.
A 120 index can cut all even 80 index numbers and all 40 index numbers.
A design made for 120 index can not be cut with another index (unless all numbers are dividable with 5, the you can use a 96 or 48 index).
A design made for 96 index with all numbers dividable with 3 can be cut with a 64 or 32 index.
