Lightning Lap D'Lite is a new type of bonded fine cut, prepolish or polish lap. It is similar to the old Nu-Bonds and Dyna discs but has much improved action and usability. D'Lite do not have the harsh, sometimes unpredictable abrasiveness of loose grit or plated laps. You will notice this when cutting material that has a tendency to chip along the edges like quartz or topaz. Use the lap with dripping water as coolant. D'Lite is made in 6" or 8" as a topper (use on top of a master lap) or as a thicker standard lap with a topper permanently mounted on a aluminum master lap.
